A Muffin With Cinnamon

Ingredients:

110 g spread, relaxed

200 g sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla concentrate

120 ml milk

300 g generally useful flour

2 tsp preparing powder

2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

topping:

50 g butter, softened

100 g sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon

Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fleecy. Include the eggs painstakingly, each one in turn. Include vanilla. Combine the dry fixings - flour, heating powder, cinnamon and salt, and add this to the player substituting with the drain.

Fill biscuit mugs, genuinely full - you need them to transcend the highest point of the container as they prepare.

Prepare at 175° C for around 15 minutes - check with a toothpick to ensure they're not sticky inside.

In the interim, liquefy the spread for the garnish and let it dark colored a bit. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a little bowl. Plunge the warm biscuits in the margarine and after that into the cinnamon sugar, and place on a rack to chill off.
