Kabsa

Kabsa is a Saudi Arabian food..It is very delicious.

Fixings:

1 kg chicken (cut into pieces)

¼ container vegetable oil

cut two onions
12 oz tomato puree

2 medium hacked tomatoes

4 hacked cloves of garlic

2  carrot

1  orange

4 cloves

4 Cardamom

3 Cinnamon sticks

Pepper and salt to taste

1 kg rice

¼ container Raisins

¼ container cut almonds

Strategy:

Saute 2 medium cut onion until the point that it starts to dark colored.

Include hacked tomatoes, tomato puree, chicken pieces and garlic and blend for 5 min over low warmth.

Blend in some heated water, ground orange, ground carrot, salt, pepper and flavor.

Cook over medium warmth for around 20-25 min, until the point when chicken is finished.

Put aside to keep warm.

Mix rice into the fluid in the skillet and cook.

Cover the container over low warmth for around 35-40 min or until the point when fluid is ingested.

Put rice on a serving platter, with chicken pieces spread all around.

Hurl almonds and raisins over and serve
