Coconut Prawns

Fixings:

1. 24 crude ruler prawns, peeled anyway with tails on (around 600g cemented rough shell-on prawns)

2. 600ml corn oil, for fricasseeing

3. salt and dim pepper

For the hitter:

1. 125g plain flour

2. 1½ tsp heating powder

3. 1 tsp salt

4. 1medium egg

5. 150ml ice-cool water

For the covering:

1. 50g plain flour

2. 60g panko breadcrumbs

3. 60g unsweetened went away coconut

For the papaya diving sauce:

1 substantial papaya

2 ½-1 habanero bean stew, stem cleared, deseeded and by and large cut

3 1 banana shallot, by and large cut

4 1 clove garlic, peeled and split

5 3 tbsp juice vinegar

6 2 thin cuts root ginger

7 juice of 1 lime

8 juice of 1 orange

9 1 tbsp delicate dull shaded sugar

10 1 substantial press ground allspice

11 ½ tsp salt

Instructions to get ready:
