Cookies with white chocolate
These cookies are fresh at the edges and delicate and chewy in the center. Simply ensure you don't over-prepare them.
Ingredients:
125 g margarine, mellowed
110 g white sugar
110 g darker sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla concentrate
210 g flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp heating powder
1/2 tsp heating pop
100 g white chocolate, cut into lumps
70 g macadamia nuts (unsalted!), divided
Cream the margarine with the two kinds of sugar until delicate and fleecy. I utilize my Kitchen-help however handheld mixers will work as well. Include the egg and beat well. What's more, the vanilla, as well.
Next, include salt, preparing powder and heating pop, and the flour. Blend to consolidate.
At last include chocolate and macadamias, and blend quickly.
Shape around 24 balls and place all around divided on lined treat sheets. The treats will spread a decent lot so don't put them too nearly.
Prepare at 175° C for around ten minutes. The treats ought to be marginally dark colored at the edges. Give them a chance to cool on the preparing sheets, before you move them.
