My Favourite Salad
Ingredients:
250 g crisp tortellini with your most loved filling
1 bunch cherry tomatoes, divided
1/2 little red onion, meagerly cut
100 g smoked ham, cut into strips (or air-relieved ham, additionally great!)
1 bundle (around 250 g) new asparagus
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp white wine vinegar
salt
pepper
parmesan
Trim the asparagus by severing the woody piece of the stalk. (Simply flex it delicately - it breaks at the correct point as though by enchantment!) Boil in salted water for 4-5 minutes, at that point instantly evacuate to a bowl of frigid cool water.
Heat up the tortellini - you can utilize the asparagus cooking water to spare wated and vitality.
