Fixings
500 grams Meat (veal or sheep)
1 kg potatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
1 hacked onion
1/2 garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp dark pepper
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp saffron
1 tsp coriander
2 tbsp tomato glue
Strategy
1 hour 30 mins
Put hacked meat in hot olive oil
Expel when it gets a dark colored shading
Put slashed onion
Include salt-slashed Garlic - Ginger-Coriander - Saffron - Tomato Sauce
Set back the meat + Soup or water
Put hacked potato pieces following 60/80 minutes
Abandon it for another 20-30 minutes
Complete with crisp Parsley
