1 kg round hamburger
5 piece garlic cloves
1 vinegar
1 salt
1 dark pepper
1 ginger
1 coriander
1 grill sauce
1 olive oil
1 margarine
1 water
Technique
1 hour 40 mins
Get 1 Kg round hamburger and lash it as in photograph
Make a few openings inside the meat and embed garlic cloves in it as in earlier photograph
Season the meat with salt, pepper, ginger, coriander.
Include some grill sauce the meat
Abandon it in the refrigerator from 2 hours to medium-term
Warmth olive oil in a dish and include a spoon of margarine, salt, pepper, ginger, coriander, grill sauce
Put the meat in the prospect minutes while turning the sides till it gets a darker shading
Take the dish and place it in the broiler and include some water with a spoon of vinegar
Abandon it for a hour and a half while turning the sides at regular intervals and include water at whatever point required.
Expel from stove
Cut the meat into pieces
